Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. The stock picks Service ,owned and operated by Stockonrise is provided to you ("you" or "Applicant" or "member") under the terms and conditions of this Stockonrise Service Agreement (the "Agreement").

BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. Subscription Cancellation / Refund Policy

Active Membership Cancellation / Refund Policy

If you cancel your Active Membership after already being charged, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the time period for which you paid, but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that time period.

Examples:

If you paid a monthly subscription on March 1st and then cancelled your subscription on Mars 14th, you can still access stockonrise stock picks services until the end of March. Your subscription cancelation will be effective on 1 April.

Please note:
1.    When your PayPal account has been charged, your membership is non-refundable; we don’t prorate for partial months.
2.    Your subscription automatically renews on due date until you decide to cancel.

Privacy Policy
